In the case of eTicket cancellation and double time payments, we are refunding customer(s) amount from time to time. It will take atleast 10 days to reach your account. Sometimes it may vary based on the particular card holder's bank.
In the case of double time payments or any unavoidable situations, if you came to know that your amount was wrongly debited means, we request you to intimate us with your bank statement. Just drop a mail to email@example.com with your exact date of booking and bank statement attached. We will refund your amount fully once it reaches our desk.
On some occasions, a Card Holder may book tickets for other person. On such cases please specify the Passenger's name and the Booker(s) details[ Booker's Email Account, Phone number ].
