I traveled from Coimbatore to Vridhachalam on July 25, 2011 on ARC 2+2 A/C bus. The bus was in good condition and comfortable; in-bus hospitality was also good, I liked it.

My sincere thanks for you Guys for operating such a superb fleet and a crew facilities you have. The Business Model of operating 100% Premium Service using 12M buses are first of its kind India I guess. I am always a huge fan of those 12M''s for their superb ride comfort and silent engine.
